Final Board Proposal ~ Bylaws

To all Castle Park Association Members, As you may know, the CPA Board of Trustees will propose some changes to our bylaws at the annual meeting.  Our bylaws dictate that all bylaws amendments must be approved by 2/3 of those present in person or by proxy at an annual meeting.  Please click on the links below and review all of the material available.  Your review in advance of the meeting will assure that all members are well versed in the Board’s recommendations and that the conversation will be focused on the current proposal.  These documents can also be found on the Castle Park website by clicking on the Bylaws link under the Association tab.
