Castle Park Store Feedback

The summer season is coming to a close soon and we want to get your feedback regarding the Castle Park store this year. We were pleased to increase the number of items available for sale and to introduce new categories and colors. The number of orders increased to more than 60 and the dollar value of the orders increased as well.

We also opened the store earlier in the spring in order to ensure that you had your CP merch to enjoy during the summer. This worked well in most, but not all, cases as a few items were not available or delivered until the middle of August.

2. Did you have a good experience ordering and receiving the items in the store?
3. In your opinion, what item or category has been missing from the store?

Finally, there have been calls to open a Castle Park “Holiday” store. Conceptually, that would offer a more limited number of items that have been popular sellers as well as a few holiday categories like ornaments or scarves.
