Hi Castle Parkers, for those of you still waiting for your merchandise to arrive, I heard from our vendor and all remaining orders are shipping this week. They apologize that supply chain problems continue to plague the industry and caused the turnaround time to extend.
We intend to open the store earlier next summer and ensure you have your merchandise while you are in the Park.
I will send out a customer satisfaction survey next month to everyone to get your feedback, understand your concerns and look for ways to improve the store in the future. Please look for that survey by email and take a couple of minutes to respond.
