Dues Update

Greetings, Castle Parkers

The statements for the annual dues will be going out next week. The Board spent hours in our November budget meeting discussing the 2020 budget and how we could keep costs down. We all know that prices continue to rise, and we have a backlog of maintenance needs in CP. I am pleased to tell you that despite these challenges we were able to keep the dues increase to a low 2.1%, bringing the annual dues to $3,400 for 2020.

Once the accounting has been completed, we will post the 2019 yearend details along with the 2020 budget on the CP website. An email will be sent to you to let you know when those are available for review.
