Amy and Peter Malin are offering their lot on Indian Pipe Circle for sale to Castle Parkers and friends!
We have owned this lot since 2007 and now with our family branching out on their own, it seems like a good time to sell it. We are listing it at $295,000. Prior to offering it to the public, we are hoping to find a Castle Park family or friends of CP who would be interested in building there.

Details
It is located inside the circle on Indian Pipe and along the road between Joy and Michael Fossel’s home and that of Jim and Paulette Carr with frontage all along the road and borders the meadow in the circle. The great thing about this location is the view over the meadow with the morning light and the road along the south side so that it gets sun during the day. The building site is about ten feet above the meadow and we have curated the trees over the past ten years; thinned and pruned, so that the trees between the home site and the open meadow are providing a growing canopy that the home will look through and under.

The homes on Indian Pipe are part of a separate homeowners association and the lots that have been built on are electing to join the CP Association.
