New Rules & Regulations and Member Benefits

Dear Castle Parkers,

Because our new Bylaws were approved last year, the Board has updated the corresponding Rules and Regulations (R&Rs). For the new R&Rs click HERE. For the new Bylaws click HERE.

Current Board members Martha Dahlman, Suzanne Dixon & I also took the liberty to shorten & condense the past R&R’s, so we hope you will give them a look.

A printed copy of these R&R’s will also be available with your new directory, available for usual pickup inside the Castle over Memorial Day weekend.

Some additions to the R&Rs worth noting:

1. The Paddle tennis R&Rs are now in effect, and this South Hill facility (court and hut) is available for use by all members and their immediate families. It is open daily during off season until 10 pm. This is a great way to practice your ground and overhead strokes before the tennis courts are ready!
2. Official county address signs are available at the Graafschaap Fire Department and Graafschap Hardware. These help emergency vehicles and police locate Castle Park cottages. It is strongly recommended you install one for speedy responses in case of emergencies.
3. New beach fires and fireworks R&Rs have been updated to reduce the risk of dune fires.
4. Best practices for beach access and other association facilities are directly linked throughout the new R&Rs on the Castle Park website. These additional practices will help our community interact with each other safely and respectfully on Association and private property grounds.
