Playclass Age Clarification

Hi all! There has been some confusion about the ages for playclass and to prevent further confusion and to be super clear, here are the parameters for playclass. Please don’t hesitate to contact me you have any questions at all.
PLAYCLASS AGE BRACKETS
Children age 4-12 are campers.
Children age 13-14 are CITs or babysitters.
CIT’s are volunteering their time to help the staff play with the kids, pass along traditions and lead by their good example.
Babysitters are paid by a family if and as necessary to care for a child that may not meet the above age requirements and / or may need additional support.
We are willing to make an exception for eager 3 year olds.
We recommend they be ALMOST 4 years old.
Daily fee for these almost 4’s is half of camper fee (10$/day) plus hourly rate paid directly to the babysitter.
You may make arrangements to bring your own sitter if they are at least 13 years of age (i.e. they don’t qualify for playclass).
You may pair up with a Playclass CIT if one is available.
Please contact one of the Playclass Committee Chairs before your arrival to be sure we can accommodate you. Please be aware that the activities we plan are geared towards kids 4-12 and often times the activites will not be age appropraite for younger children.
