2023 Annual Meeting Announcement, with Proxy and other Documents
Please attend the CP Association Annual Meeting on Saturday, August 19 at 4:30 p.m. in the Castle. Among other matters, the agenda includes election of trustees to the Board, as well as a vote on the proposed acquisition of the “Bamborough Property” by transfer from the Carter Brown Legacy Preservation Fund, which requires a 2/3 affirmative vote by members in attendance in person or by proxy. If you cannot attend, please give your written proxy to another member who will represent your interest, or to me. Your proxy will be included as we count attendance to determine a quorum. As you know, a quorum is required in order to hold the meeting.

Finally, if you’re not sure you’ll be attending the meeting, please send in your proxy as it can be revoked when you arrive or when you answer “here” to roll call of members.
